Pop by and pick/collection

Our shop is now open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10-4.


Delivery and postage

Deliveries can be posted out on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday using Royal Mail.

We offer three delivery options:

  • Standard shipping - 2-3 days using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service
  • Next day - using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service, aims to delivery the next day
  • Special delivery - guaranteed by 1pm the next day, signature required on delivery

Once your brownies have been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email and tracking number so you can follow their progress. Due to the current overwhelming demand on the postal service sadly delays do happen.


How long will my brownies last for?

Keep your brownies in an airtight container and they will be at their best for at least a week, we bake every day so your brownies will be as fresh as possible. They can also be frozen and can be kept for up to three months this way.


What allergens and ingredients are in the brownies?

Full allergen and ingredient information is provided on the inside of your gift box and is also available here.


Can I add a gift note?

Yes, when making your purchase you will be given the option to add a gift message.


Our privacy policy

Financial details entered during the payment process will not be stored or retained by Baked: cake with a cause CIC.

For UK delivery we receive your name and address, email address and phone number (if you enter these details). If you want this data deleted please contact us and this will be done.

We never ever pass information on to third parties.


Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please get in touch asap.
